In Short

• Take concepts and turn them into useful and valuable products for the users and the business.
• Design the overall experience of a product, from strategy through execution.
• Translate business metrics and objectives into digital experiences.
• Plan and perform research activities to understand client business and user needs.
• Conceptualize product features and design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Collaboratively work with clients, stakeholders, and team.
• Test prototypes for usefulness and usability with users.
• Partner with product managers and development teams to oversee product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a UX / UI designer with a relevant portfolio.
• Good understanding of user-centered design best practices.
• Experience creating and delivering high-fidelity mockups and functional prototypes.
• Experience in conducting qualitative studies and usability testing.
• Experience with problem discovery and solution validation.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience facilitating ideation workshops is valued.
• Curiosity about the latest trends in design and technology.
