Overview

The ERP Support Specialist – Tier I is responsible for providing high-quality functional and technical support for ERP platform users, ensuring adherence to service level objectives.

In Short

  • Provide ongoing ERP platform support for teammates.
  • Log and track support inquiries through the ITSM platform.
  • Communicate effectively with ticket submitters.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts for unresolved issues.
  • Document the problem-solving process thoroughly.
  • Monitor and coordinate service desk incidents daily.
  • Prioritize and resolve support inquiries efficiently.
  • Develop deep knowledge of ERP platform modules.
  • Understand Emco business processes related to ERP.
  • Continually enhance ERP support skills.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Systems, or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or business analysis.
  • Experience with business software systems is an asset.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms.
  • Customer service desk experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
