Senior CRM Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior CRM Data Analyst to lead analytical projects that drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value across EMCD's ecosystem including mining, trading, and investment products.

• Lead analytical projects for customer retention and engagement.
• Build and maintain analytical frameworks for CRM performance.
• Develop and automate dashboards for key CRM metrics.
• Conduct advanced user segmentation and analysis.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.

• Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with data engineering teams.
• Visualize findings through BI tools and communicate insights.
• Contribute to improving CRM analytics tools and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM technology management.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data architecture.
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools like Customer.io and SQL.
• Proven track record in optimizing CRM tools and channels.
• Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English required.
