Overview

Embark is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team with the primary goal of booking quality firm appointments through outbound calls to potential customers.

In Short

  • Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients using a provided script.
  • Identify potential clients and tailor your approach to meet their needs.
  • Handle objections and rejections effectively.
  • Introduce the company and explain its services positively.
  • Qualify potential clients to ensure they are a good fit.
  • Schedule appointments based on client and sales team availability.
  • Confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Meet daily or weekly appointment booking targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluent proficiency in French, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High energy and confidence.
  • Empathetic attitude towards diverse perspectives.
