Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable technical solutions deployment based on customer needs, while also developing an in-depth understanding of Ema’s technology.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Execute successful PoCs to demonstrate feasibility and value.
• Position as a Trusted Advisor to key customer stakeholders.
• Design and architect solutions that align with business goals.
• Drive project teams towards common goals for solution adoption.
• Communicate the value of Ema’s solution throughout engagements.
• Help transition Ema’s solution from POC to production.
• Manage customer challenges and create repeatable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years experience in a technical pre-sales role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Experience with solution design and integration.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills, both independently and in teams.
