In Short

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to wireless products and services via virtual communication channels.
• Resolve customer complaints by providing effective solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately in the company's systems to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
