Design Producer - Remote

Overview

As a Design Producer at Eleventh Hour Games, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting our design teams to ensure smooth collaboration, efficient pipelines, and timely delivery of gameplay features. You’ll serve as the bridge between designers and other disciplines, ensuring that creative vision aligns with production realities while maintaining strong visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Drive production planning and scheduling for design deliverables.

• Contribute to refining and improving design production processes.
• Mentor associate producers and support team members' development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience in the game industry.
• Track record of successfully managing design deliverables.
• Familiarity with ARPGs and live-service development.
• Project management skills using task-tracking software.
• Ability to manage dependencies and align multiple disciplines.
• Communication skills in distributed/remote team environments.
• Strong organizational skills with adaptability.
