Overview

As the Head of Product at Elevate Labs, you will lead the product strategy and oversee the success of our award-winning mobile applications, Elevate and Balance, while managing a team of product managers.

In Short

• Own product strategy for Elevate, Balance, and future products
• Manage a team of product managers with mentorship and training
• Determine KPIs and goals for product performance
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps
• Establish a data-driven product development process
• Improve A/B testing framework and methodology
• Conduct competitive analyses and UX research
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and communication

Requirements

• 7+ years of product experience
• Experience recruiting and managing PMs
• Experience in startup and high-performance environments
• Experience with successful mobile product launches
• Ability to provide strategic direction and establish KPIs
• Exceptional track record as a product manager
• Ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams
• Experience leading experimentation best practices
• Ability to utilize user insights and data for decisions
• Excellent communication skills
