Senior Project Manager (Ukrainian Retail) - Remote

Overview

ELEKS is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead Agile transformation projects for a leading Ukrainian retail company.

• Lead Agile transformation for a retail company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in Agile delivery and transformation.
• Proven experience with fixed-price projects.
• Agile certifications (PMP, SAFe, Agile Coach or similar).
• Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Mural, MS Office.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
