Middle Information Developer - Remote

Overview

The Eastern Europe Foundation is seeking a Middle Information Developer to create a Public Health Information Platform as part of the Swiss-Ukrainian program.

In Short

• Develop technical documentation following publication standards.
• Work with senior staff to create documentation templates.
• Write user guides, installation guides, and other technical documents.
• Communicate with subject matter experts for project details.
• Implement structured authoring and single-sourcing.
• Conduct peer reviews for documentation consistency.
• Translate technical texts with minor review.
• Participate in coaching junior staff.
• Perform troubleshooting of document outputs.
• Support the development of video documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Style Guide.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word.
• English - Advanced+ level.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian language.
• Good analytical skills.
• Degree in Translations, Philology, or Applied Linguistics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of DDLC.
• Experience creating and editing documents.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
