Overview

The ELEKS Information Development Office is seeking a Junior to Middle Information Developer to produce high-quality technical documentation for a leading global metal commodity trading company based in Poland.

In Short

• Work on creating technical documentation with minimal supervision.
• Follow the Microsoft Style Guide for documentation standards.
• Engage with subject matter experts to gather information.
• Edit and format documents, ensuring clarity and adherence to style guides.
• Create various types of documentation including user guides and help systems.
• Implement structured authoring and minimalism in documentation.
• Conduct peer reviews for quality assurance.
• Participate in coaching junior staff.
• Translate technical texts as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of document outputs.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Style Guide and technical documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical skills and understanding of DDLC.
• Degree in Translations, Philology, or Applied Linguistics is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
