Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, coordination, and delivery of programs in Sierra Leone, focusing on sustainable infrastructure initiatives.

In Short

Lead planning and execution of programs in Sierra Leone.
Develop workplans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct community needs assessments.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and government authorities.
Track program progress and prepare reports.
Work closely with senior leadership.
5+ years of program management experience required.
Experience in community or international development preferred.
Knowledge of local languages in Sierra Leone is a plus.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in program management or related fields.
Strong understanding of sustainable development.
Proven ability to manage government relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience working in Sierra Leone or West Africa.
Experience with donors or international partners.
Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks preferred.
