Overview

The Virtual Training Facilitator role focuses on delivering training to brokers to enhance their communication and engagement skills with senior customers regarding medical insurance.

In Short

• Deliver approximately 20 virtual broker sessions and 1 supervisor session in May 2026.
• Each session includes prep time, live delivery, and post-session follow-up.
• All delivery is virtual via Microsoft Teams.
• A producer may be provided to support the virtual classroom experience.
• Up to two supervisor sessions may require travel to Shelton, Connecticut; otherwise, the role is fully remote.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, brokerage, or customer service training.
• Experience facilitating skills-based training for customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with health insurance or Medicare topics is helpful.
• Experience delivering interactive virtual training sessions.
• Strong understanding of compliance-aware communication.
