Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant will manage complex data migration projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Egnyte's solutions while acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data and permission migration tools.
• Virtualization experience (VMWare, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux Server operating systems.
• Ability to execute and monitor scripts (Python, SQL, PowerShell).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Prior experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience leading and mentoring consultants.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
