Tunnel Design and Construction Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a qualified engineer in the design and construction of tunnels and underground structures to join our team in Annecy, France. As a key member of the Civil Engineering service, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and supervision of tunnel and underground structure projects in France and abroad.

In Short

• Participate in the design studies of tunnels and underground structures.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+5 (engineering school or equivalent - geotechnics, civil engineering, rock mechanics...)
• 2-5 years of experience in the underground infrastructure sector.
• Knowledge of various tunnel construction techniques.
• Familiarity with applicable tunnel construction rules and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
