Senior Business Lawyer in Project Financing - Remote

Overview

This position involves working within the project activities, focusing on the legal aspects of contracts related to transportation projects both in France and internationally.

In Short

• Analyze, comment, and draft contracts related to project activities.
• Negotiate legal contractual aspects with partners/clients.
• Analyze legal conditions of calls for tenders.
• Identify contractual risks and commitments related to projects.
• Identify local legal constraints and propose necessary adaptations.
• Support the establishment of contractual documents for new activities.
• Work on external growth projects and disinvestment.
• Draft summaries on specific legal research.
• Regularly update legal knowledge.
• Conduct KYC research on partners and clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business law or international contract law.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in contractual law.
• Knowledge of private law, especially corporate law.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good level of Spanish is a plus.
