Overview

You will work within the Energy and Sustainable Cities Business Line, focusing on key areas of the Egis Group related to climate change mitigation. This Business Line specializes in consulting and engineering in the fields of water, environment, and energy, supporting clients on all topics related to energy and ecological transition.

In Short

• Manage and follow up on missions as a Project Manager for urban hydraulic infrastructure construction and renovation projects.
• Conduct and/or coordinate studies and project work supervision.
• Plan and organize workload in collaboration with agency teams.
• Ensure projects adhere to the triptych QCD – Quality, Cost, and Deadline.
• Participate in business development by sizing technical and financial aspects of tenders.
• Identify and propose differentiating variants to meet client expectations.
• Contribute to the overall skill development of teams composed of study engineers.
• Develop the group’s technical signature and propose improvement solutions.
• Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Act as a solution-oriented consultant in client discussions.

Requirements

• Higher education in hydraulics and civil engineering.
• At least five years of experience in a design office as a Project Manager.
• Expertise in urban hydraulic infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of hydraulic networks and equipment.
• Recognized for technical expertise and relational skills.
• Ability to federate and work in teams.
