In Short

• Manage large-scale projects in water and sanitation infrastructure.
• Responsible for technical, financial, and contractual aspects of projects.
• Direct contact with clients, ensuring complete project management.
• Participate in commercial prospecting and proposal development.
• Supervise all project phases from design to execution.
• Ensure quality deliverables in civil engineering and hydraulics.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage resources.
• Experience in public and private sector projects.
• Frequent travel abroad is expected.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental field.
• Proven skills in project management and tender responses.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and modeling software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomy and team spirit are essential.
