Overview

The Nuclear Ventilation Engineer will lead design projects related to energy processes and building thermal systems specific to nuclear installations, ensuring technical solutions are implemented effectively.

  • Design and sizing of nuclear ventilation, HVAC, and technical fluids installations.
  • Write technical notes and calculations.
  • Budget estimations for projects.
  • Collaborate with designers and BIM modelers for graphical pieces.
  • Contribute technically to offers and business activities.
  • Conduct and verify technical studies.
  • Benchmark technical solutions.
  • Ensure project compliance with client requirements.
  • Engage in technical exchanges with project coordinators and clients.
  • Work on national and international projects; fluent English required.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Energy Engineering/Thermal - Environment or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in nuclear or industrial environments.
  • Experience with thermal balance and associated calculation software.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic networks and ventilation design.
  • Understanding of pump and filtration systems.
  • Familiarity with confinement concepts.
  • Teamwork and constructive collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in 3D tools (REVIT, Navisworks).
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
