Senior Clinical Research Monitor - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Clinical Research Monitor, you will ensure trial patients' safety by assuring trials are conducted ethically and within regulatory compliance, while driving evidence needed to optimize patient outcomes.

In Short

• Field monitoring of studies and data collection for clinical trials.
• Assess data documentation for consistency with case report forms.
• Monitor clinical trial safety in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical training on GCPs and compliance.
• Mentor new or junior employees in trial activities.
• Provide oversight of trial activities and insights to principal investigators.
• Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and informed consent forms.
• Validate investigational device accountability and track device history.
• Edit/amend informed consent documents as needed.
• Travel up to 75% for clinical site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent 5 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture.
• COVID Vaccination is required.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and structural heart anatomy preferred.
• Clinical research certification (ACRP or SOCRA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Ability to relate well with clinical personnel.
