We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to lead our university platform — with an initial focus on EddyAI and its expanding ecosystem. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of higher education technology while working alongside mission-driven colleagues and visionary university and college partners.

• Own and evolve the roadmap for university-facing features across the EdVisorly platform.
• Design scalable and repeatable platform solutions for complex institutions.
• Translate product vision into prioritization frameworks.
• Drive roadmap alignment with stakeholders.
• Conduct structured discovery with institutional users.
• Synthesize insights into actionable product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to build and launch features.
• Write and refine product specs and user stories.
• Partner with Implementation and Partner Success for successful rollouts.
• Equip Sales and Marketing with strategic product messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS product management, ideally with a focus on AI products.
• Experience in edtech or enterprise software for higher education.
• Proven success building and scaling products with complex integration requirements.
• Strong technical fluency for engaging with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complex ideas.
