Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end UX and product design across both our student-facing and university-facing platforms.

In Short

• Own design strategy and execution for both student and university-facing products across mobile and web
• Lead design on new products from the ground up
• Translate complex workflows and data-heavy tools into elegant, intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and influence product direction
• Build the foundations of a unified design system
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Champion a user-centric mindset and help shape design culture

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Experience designing 0→1 products in fast-paced environments
• Ability to own product design end-to-end
• Comfortable working as a solo designer
• Strong collaboration skills across departments
• Deep empathy for end users
• Strong systems thinking and UX simplification
• Clear communication skills advocating for design
