Senior Consultant/Senior Researcher, Postsecondary Success - Remote

Overview

The Senior Consultant/Senior Researcher at Education Northwest will lead and support applied research and data-focused technical assistance aimed at improving postsecondary success.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in applied research or related fields.
• Expertise in mixed-methods research and evaluation.
• Experience using Stata or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of postsecondary education systems.
• Strong commitment to racial equity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with state agencies and educational institutions.
• Fluency with postsecondary data systems.
• Experience in relationship management.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

• Salary range $84,240 - $126,360.
