As a Senior Analyst on our Teacher Effectiveness team, you’ll lead strategic data initiatives that shape how we support and elevate educators. You’ll harness the power of advanced analytics, systems integration, and enterprise-level insights to drive instructional quality and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise in educator effectiveness frameworks and instructional improvement.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in leading cross-functional data strategy initiatives.
• Knowledge in developing predictive models and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with systems integration strategy.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Degree in Education, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
