Overview

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide onsite and remote support for all facets of the IT ecosystem, specializing in high-end hospitality services.

In Short

  • Provide desktop support for hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Setup, deploy, and maintain end-user equipment.
  • Perform network administration functions.
  • Collaborate with peers to form technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide on-site and remote desktop support.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP and Active Directory administration.
  • Knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and self-starting attitude.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Five years of related experience preferred.
  • A+ or similar certifications desirable.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
