Overview

We’re seeking a talented and adaptable UX/UI Design Specialist to join the Sales Tribe within our Solutions & Automation team. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating user needs and business goals into exceptional design solutions that enhance the user experience.

In Short

• Apply user-centred design principles to create intuitive end-to-end journeys.
• Identify and engage with users to collate user needs evidence.
• Work collaboratively to generate design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Embrace an iterative design process, gathering feedback to improve designs.
• Follow established design systems and guidelines for consistent designs.
• Create clear visualizations to help customers interpret energy consumption.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and advocate design considerations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and enhance design practices.
• Collaborate to ensure developed solutions meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in user-centred design principles and a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong empathy for customers/users and advocacy for their needs.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing requirements.
