Overview

As a Human Performance Specialist, you will drive performance improvement and make a tangible impact on fleet operations through innovative strategies and error prevention tools.

Requirements

  • Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent; degree in relevant fields is advantageous.
  • Experience in Human Performance, Human Organisational Performance, or Safety Culture.
  • Ability to communicate expert knowledge in human performance tools.
  • Experience in a power station or high-risk industrial environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety-critical tasks and associated hazards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead evaluations and self-assessments.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites across the UK.
  • Meet criteria for Security Vetting based on residency.
