As a Retirement Coordinator on our Workplace Planning Team, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals take the next step in their retirement journey by connecting them with our team of expert Financial Advisors.

• Proactively contact existing members to schedule appointments with Financial Advisors.
• Make a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to connect with members.
• Balance a high quantity, efficient approach with a high-quality client experience.
• Serve as a key link connecting clients and advisors.
• Collaborate with advisors to create a cohesive client journey.
• Build rapport with clients to foster trust and encourage ongoing engagement.
• 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of financial services experience required.
• 4-year college degree preferred in Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in financial services.
