Overview

The Solution Consulting Associate will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing sustainability knowledge and solution expertise throughout the sales cycle and customer relationship.

• Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify customer challenges.
• Prepare high-quality solution demonstrations.
• Support frontline teams in understanding EcoVadis solutions.
• Facilitate training on sustainability topics.
• Provide feedback on solution enhancements.
• Support projects to enhance Sales and Customer Success productivity.
• Accurately track and communicate contributions to regional targets.

Requirements

• Expertise in sustainability and supply chain regulations.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian.
• Experience in SaaS and technical solutions.
• More than 3 years in a related position.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Client-facing experience.
• Passion for sustainability.
