Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) who will actively dive into our systems and processes in the initial phase to understand their functionality in detail and support our customers in the best possible way.

  • Provide 1st-level support via email, ticket system (Freshdesk), and phone.
  • Assist with inquiries about our products, services, and processes.
  • Help customers use our own software and customer portals.
  • Handle 2nd-level support for more complex cases.
  • Clarify payment issues due to miscalculations.
  • Create and process goodwill credits.
  • Collaborate closely with the billing and technical team to find solutions.

  • Participate in regular workations and digital company events.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in customer support or customer service.
  • Proficient use of ticket systems (ideally Freshdesk and Jira).
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn our software.
  • Careful, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Strong communication skills, friendliness, and patience with customers.
  • Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
