In Short

Support the Customer Success Team in advising clients on energy renovation projects.
Assist in planning and implementing renovation projects for residential and non-residential buildings.
Create and maintain project plans while monitoring progress and adherence to timelines.
Communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and construction companies.
Participate in internal meetings and workshops to contribute ideas for improving services and processes.

Requirements

Currently studying BWL, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy/Environmental Technology, or a related field.
Passionate about successfully leading projects and delighting customers.
Strong communication skills in German are essential; English proficiency is a plus.
A team player with initiative and a sense of responsibility.
Previous experience in project management or customer service is a plus.
