Eclypsium, a leader in the firmware and supply chain security market, is actively seeking a passionate, experienced, and talented Sales Engineer to join our Sales Team and support technical sales motions.

In Short

• Be the expert in the firmware and supply chain security space.
• Act as a customer advocate and share knowledge of the threat landscape.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.
• Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers.
• Assist solutions team with product implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Sales, Hardware Sales, or Customer Success.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security or adjacent technologies.
• Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems, x86 hardware.
• Moderate understanding of typical network appliances.
• Experience with CLIs.
• Familiarity with sales engineering processes and tools.
• Great communication skills, both verbally and written.
• May require up to 50% travel.
• Strong technical aptitude.
