Overview

The Lead DevOps Engineer will take the lead and manage workstreams for other DevOps team members towards building a secure, stable, and observable infrastructure.

Lead a small team of DevOps Engineers
Manage DevOps prioritization and infrastructure design
Implement monitoring/alerting
Oversee CI/CD implementation
On-call during USA work hours
Establish security practices for devices and cloud infrastructure
Ensure global access control
Implement secure onboarding/offboarding

Requirements

3+ years as a DevOps engineer in startup environment
Experience with AWS, GCP, k8s, terraform, prometheus
Experience with security engineering or knowledge of best practices
Experience with blockchain infrastructure is highly preferred
Fluency in Chinese required
