Operating in the certification industry, eCertification GmbH offers innovative certification solutions that help our clients meet the highest standards and strengthen their market position. Your responsibilities include the strategic leadership of the company, the development of new business opportunities, and ensuring quality standards in all areas. In Short

• Oversee and lead all activities in the field of conformity assessment to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and manage quality management systems for the continuous improvement of assessment processes.
• Coordinate the team regarding current standards and regulations in the field of conformity assessment.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Quality Management & ISO Knowledge:
  Experience with quality management systems, ideally basic knowledge of ISO 17024.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills:
  Careful and precise evaluation of examination documents and the ability to make objective decisions.
  Structured and independent working style with high accuracy in adhering to processes and standards.
• Professional Experience:
  Several years of experience as a cosmetologist would be advantageous, but not mandatory. Knowledge in electromagnetic stimulation (EMF stimulation) is welcome.
• Additional Requirements:
  Willingness to travel is desirable.
