In Short

• Sign up a minimum of 12 new shops per month within the assigned area.
• Conduct 15 visits daily to leads and existing merchants.
• Log all merchant interactions in CRM.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants.
• Utilize Salesforce Maps for route optimization.
• Participate in industry and local events.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Handle tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in automotive repair sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office and web presentation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Self-motivated and assertive.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
