• Lead the user experience direction for a multi-product platform at EasyLlama.
• Involved in the entire product development process from research to launch.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers.
• Define and champion design systems and platform standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure design consistency.
• Ship new and iterative projects that provide value to customers.
• Evangelize design knowledge within the organization.
• Participate in defining product strategy and roadmap.
• Advocate for superior customer experience through design quality.
• Contribute directly to business and product strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated individual contributor and design leadership experience.
• Experience in product-led growth and freemium products.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders on business decisions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design and design systems.
