• Drive experimentation on product funnels to optimize performance.
• Define and execute product strategy based on customer insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years in consumer digital lending or fintech product management.
• 2+ years leading a team of Product Managers.
• Experience optimizing online customer acquisition funnels.
• Data-driven with experience in A/B testing.
• Ability to manage and optimize a testing roadmap.
• Experience with martech infrastructure for growth.
• Entrepreneurial mentality and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
