Lead Planner & Scheduler - EPC Projects - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced EPC Lead Planner & Scheduler to join our EPC Projects Division. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in complex engineering projects and grow within a dynamic department.

In Short

• Prepare and update project schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
• Monitor and control subcontractors responsible for Engineering, Procurement, Erection, and Commissioning.
• Review, monitor, and prepare project schedule summaries.
• Report directly to top management and the client.
• Manage resources across all project phases.
• Develop project progress curves based on resources and quantities.
• Create detailed construction and commissioning schedules.
• Prepare project quantity curves.
• Lead and manage the planning team assigned to the project.
• Engage in client interaction and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

• Trained Engineer with Project Management training.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project planning and scheduling, including 5 years in complex industrial EPC projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced level of both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Desired: Experience in project risk analysis.
• Desired: Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
