Compensation range: $70,000 - $82,000/year

 

Location: Seattle, WA or Remote. 

 

The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. Please note your base may be adjusted to local market conditions.

In Short

• Supports Post Occupancy Project (POP) planning and FF&E process.
• Works closely with Design, Project Manager, and internal project team.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Client Workplace Guidelines.
• Responsible for quality control and documentation.
• Maintains knowledge of Client Workplace Guidelines.
• Completes project accruals and forecasting.
• Manages communication with stakeholders.
• Defines project deliverables and deadlines.
• Identifies key risks and communication plans.
• Collaborates with various project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or relevant degree.
• 3-7 years Project Management experience in design.
• Understanding of Project Management Principles (PMP).
• Knowledge in design specification development.
• Experience in FF&E preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
