In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Serve as a central point of coordination, supporting communication and documentation for multiple ongoing drug and/or device development projects.
• Use standardized project management tools to input accurate data, monitor timelines, track milestones, and generate monthly/ad-hoc reports.
• Identify risks and dependencies, propose solutions, and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays or issues.
• Provide regular project status updates, highlight variances, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication.
• Support project managers in maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
• Lead or support sub-teams delivering cross-functional program deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal process improvements as applicable.
