Overview

The Associate Director GHEOR EPM will work with a pioneering group of HTA modelling experts, focusing on developing AI-based solutions that transform patient access to medicines.

In Short

• Develop innovative HTA methods to improve access to BMS medicines.
• Lead external strategy for payer/HTA agency methodology.
• Act as a scientific leader in modelling methodology for Neuroscience and Immunology / Cardiovascular assets.
• Collaborate with global asset leads and BMS affiliates.
• Deliver updates to economic models and provide expert support in model development.
• Engage with HTA and reimbursement authorities as needed.
• Lead publications of economic models.
• Utilize advanced statistical skills for analyses.
• Experience with generative AI techniques in HEOR workflows.
• Work across a matrix of internal functions.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree (PhD) or Master’s (MSc) in health economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in health economics and outcomes research.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and Visual Basic.
• Experience in developing models for HTA submissions.
• Published research and experience presenting at conferences.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques.
• Statistical skills in advanced survival analyses.
• Experience in Neuroscience and Immunology / Cardiovascular is a plus.
• Project management skills and effective communication.
