In Short

• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual tests on various software applications to identify bugs and ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using issue tracking tools.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure they are resolved correctly.
• Provide insights on process improvement and quality control methodologies.
• Participate in requirements review sessions and provide quality control insights and feedback.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within defined deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience as a manual QA.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Proficiency in creating test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
• Advanced English.

Benefits
