Overview

The Program Lead owns the logistical coordination for delivery of high complexity learning programs, experiences and assets in support of ROPS Leadership Development and Teammate Development programs.

In Short

  • Own logistical coordination for learning experiences.
  • Manage administrative data for high complexity programs.
  • Update master training calendar as needed.
  • Monitor performance and effectiveness of learning content.
  • Facilitate various topics for in-person and virtual content.
  • Identify and prioritize curriculum improvements.
  • Manage budgeting and material preparation for events.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Support both leadership and teammate development.
  • Work independently on planning and execution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a planning or coordination role required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage logistics for complex programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics and analysis.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Experience in training and development preferred.
