The Registered Nurse Float position involves providing dialysis care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Indiana, requiring autonomy, critical thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In Short

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
• Minimum of 12 months RN experience.
• A.D.N. or B.S.N. from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word and Outlook proficiency.
• Experience in dialysis is a plus.
• Training or teaching background is advantageous.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse or Dialysis Nurse is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills.
