Overview

As a Registered Nurse Float at DaVita, you will provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients dealing with kidney diseases.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is beneficial but not required.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to float to various clinics.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
