Overview

The Program Lead owns the logistical coordination for delivery of high complexity learning programs, experiences, and assets in support of ROPS Leadership Development and Teammate Development programs.

In Short

  • Coordinate logistics for high complexity learning experiences.
  • Manage administrative data and processes for programs.
  • Update master training calendar based on scheduling.
  • Monitor performance and effectiveness of learning content.
  • Facilitate various topics for in-person and virtual content.
  • Design curriculum solutions for improvement.
  • Handle budgeting and material preparation for events.
  • Manage technology setup for virtual events.
  • Travel may be required 1-2 times per year.
  • Support professional development programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a planning or coordination role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics and analytics.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to design effective learning solutions.
  • Experience in managing budgets and expenses.
