Overview

The People Services Manager- Labor Relations will align Labor Relations and HR strategy with operational activities to support the delivery of business goals. This role will impact our teammates (and thus our patients) lives every day.

  • Manage labor relations efforts in hot spot markets.
  • Facilitate labor relations training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor relations legislation.
  • Leverage analytics for teammate retention and engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach.
  • Support the development of positive employee relations programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Labor/Industrial Relations or HR.
  • Five years of HR experience, three in labor relations.
  • Experience with NLRB election campaigns and strategy.
  • Three years of training and coaching experience.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) preferred.
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines and imperfect information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional groups.
  • Proven experience in strategic initiatives and change management.
  • Able to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
