Overview

As a Home Hemodialysis Nurse, you will provide education on Home Hemodialysis to patients and manage their care independently, ensuring they can perform dialysis at home.

Requirements

• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Previous nursing experience in dialysis is a plus.
• Training or teaching background in healthcare is a nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is beneficial.
