Overview

In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

• Support patients with End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Licensed or registered in Michigan.
• Knowledge of insurance programs.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn DaVita applications within 60 days.
• Strong energy and commitment to patient care.
