Overview

The Administrative Assistant will be the face of our outpatient or hospital facilities, utilizing administrative skills to positively impact the lives of patients and their families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM.
  • Medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related administrative position in a medical setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
